Vagina Tightening Home Remedies
Today gals, I have a little something special for you. I have gotten this request from quite a few ladies on my Contact Us page. No, no, no…it’s not for a picture of my above average penis. I reserve sending that bad boy out to only a select few women. Today I am allowing a knowledgeable lady by the name of Veronica Holmes write a guest post. She wanted to discuss various natural remedies for getting a tight vagina. She even tried one of the products I mentioned and has some insights on how well it worked for her. Without further ado…I give you Ms. Veronica Holmes!
Introduction to Natural Remedies to Tighten Your Vagina
Hello ladies, as Arnold mentioned, I am writing a guest post on his blog about natural remedies we can all use to help increase the tightness of our vaginas. First though I wanted to briefly cover the main reasons we develop a loose vagina. The main reasons revolve around aging or childbirth. There is rapid expansion of the vagina and uterine wall during labor. Due to this, our vaginas become much looser. As we age, our bodies also change ladies. I’m sure you have noticed your boobs are not as perky as they once were and your former toned body had gotten a bit flabbier in certain areas. Our vaginas are not any different when it comes to the aging process. We need to take care of ourselves to keep our body, and especially our vagina youthful and tight. So how do you tighten it you might be wondering? Should you get surgery, perform Kegels, or utilize natural home remedies? I am going to cover the benefits of different natural home remedies in this post. If you are interested in surgical methods, check out the post on vaginoplasty and labiaplasty.
Betel Leaves
Mint Leaves
One more very quick and easy remedy is the use of mint leaves. Take mint leaves and boil them into 6 cups of water. Now pour this water into a big tub where you can sit inside along with some regular tap water. Once the water is warm then you have to sit in this tub. Sit for 15-20 minutes. Ensure that your loose vagina is submerged in this water. Take these types of baths each day for about a month and you will notice an increase in the tightness of your vagina.
One more thing you can do with mint leaves is to steam them. Today, steamers are readily available on the market. Put some mint leaves in a steamer and create mint steam. From a distance you can use that steam in your vagina. Since your vaginal skin is highly delicate you will want to maintain a distance to avoid burns from steamer. Steam your vagina with the mint leaves for around 10 to 15 minutes each day for a month. You will notice your vagina getting tighter after a few steaming sessions.
Aloe Vera
Gooseberry
Another easy remedy is using gooseberries if they are in season. You will want to mix half a cup of gooseberry juice in two cups of water. Take the solution and wash your vaginal area. Since gooseberry is full of vitamin C, this will increase the strength to the muscles in your pelvic floor. As gooseberry is a seasonal fruit, it may be difficult to find when out of season. If it’s not in season you can take dry gooseberries and boil them in water. Prepare the water and wash out your vagina while taking a bath. Do this daily and within few weeks you will start noticing a tighter vagina.
V-Tight Gel
V-Tight Gel is not a home remedy you would make yourself like the other mentioned. It is a product that was created out of various natural ingredients which help with both vagina tightening as well as lubrication. The main ingredient is Manjakani extract which has an amazing effect on treating a loose vagina. It is basically extracted from Asian Oak trees and has been used for centuries by Malaysian women to restore tightness and elasticity to their vaginas after childbirth. Other natural ingredients include: Curcuma Comosa, Pueraria Mirifica, Witches Hazel Leaf extract, Arginine, and Sodium Benzoate. The combination of all of these natural ingredients leads to both a tighter and more lubricated vagina.
Along with the V-Tight Gel, the program comes with different exercises which can help build your pelvic floor muscles, or your pubococcygeal (PC) muscle. While we tend to learn of Kegel exercises as an early age, these exercises only build on them to better train your PC muscles. I can honestly say that since I started using the V-Tight Gel program, I notice I am much tighter when I masturbate. When I have sex with my man, he definitely seems more into it now. He even commented on how tight and wet I am. I haven’t heard a guy say that to me in over ten years!
